Ralph was born in Largo, Maryland on October 3, 1971 and is survived by his loving parents, Mae and Ralph Paden Sr., his brother, Raymond Paden, (his wife Sheree) and two nieces he adored, Rayniah and Raychael Paden.
Ralph graduated Largo High School and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in History from the University of Maryland-College Park. Ralph loved education and went on to earn his Masters Degree in School Counseling from Bowie State University in 2012.
Ralph worked as a Case Manager in Prince George’s County, working with children, adolescents, and adults with various behavior, mental health, and substance abuse related issues.
Ralph always dreamed of serving his country, and shortly after graduating from college he enlisted in the United States Army. He served over 20 years and retired in March 2020 as a Master Sergeant in Charlie Command 29th Infantry Division. During his tenure in the military, he served in Iraq and most recently in Kuwait in 2015.
He was beloved by his family, friends, and his military family. He was a leader, mentor, role model, son, brother, best friend, and an all-around beautiful person. His smile could immediately change the mood to happy as soon as he walked into any room. He will be missed by all who know and loved him.
