On Thursday, May 07, 2020 Deborah Elaine Lawrence (age 61) of Laurel, MD entered into eternal rest. The beloved wife of Bob (39 years), Deborah was the 5th child of the late Henry and Mary Edwards. Born and raised in Beltsville, MD , she attended High Point High School where she was a member of the school Pom Pom Squad. Deborah was a member of the Beltsville Majorettes from a very early age where she found a lifelong passion. She could always be counted on to assist, support and advocate for generations of baton twirlers.
Following High School Deborah joined the ranks of government workers and worked as a administrative assistant until her retirement in 2014.
A cherished wife, she was also known as a loving, ambitious, loyal, devoted sister, aunt and friend.
Deborah leaves to cherish fond memories, her beloved husband Robert "Bob", brothers, Robert (Rose) and Aubrey (Mandy) Edwards, sisters, Janet Pultz and Karen Edwards, niece's; Angel (John) Hankins, Deanne Waltz, Angela Edwards, Robyn Edwards and Aubrey Edwards. Nephews; Anthony and Gary Pultz, Richard Waltz and Bobby Edwards. Great nieces and nephews Brendan, Owen, Ethan, Avery, Gwendolyn, Mackenzie, Nesta, Tate, Alexis, Mia, Trey, Cruz, Lauren, Madison and Nico. Great great nephews Wyatt, Evan and Weston, and great great niece Emmalynn, and a host of many other loving relatives and friends.
Deborah is preceded in death by her parents Henry and Mary and her sister Donna Burkett.
