Catherine Ann Grittani, age 88, of Discovery Bay, California passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023.
Catherine Ann Grittani was born May 31, 1935 in Chicago, Illinois to her parents Nick Menolascino & Rose Casolare. She was born into a large Italian family with lots of Love.
Catherine had a rough beginning when her Mother died when she was only 3 months old. She would grow up to have a wonderful life and was later married to the love of her life, Frank Grittani in 1954. She would then go on to have 2 daughters Debra & Tammy with whom she had an unbreakable lifelong bond. She would also go on to have 5 grandkids & 7 greatgrandkids who she loved fiercely and would do anything for.
Her greatest joy in life was her family, and giving them an amazing life. She was an amazing cook and hostess as she frequently opened her home to those she loved. Catherine, Frank, Her Children & Grandchildren went on to have many wonderful trips and happy times that will never be forgotten. She will be greatly missed & irreplaceable in the eyes of those whom love Catherine, as we all will infinitely.
