Angel Garcia Martos

Angel is survived by his wife Brie, daughters Kinsley and Harlow, parents Bernice and Angel Sr., siblings Melinda and Jonathon, In-laws Kelly, Lisa, Delanie, and Cassidy Kimble as well as grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by Brie’s grandparents, Corinne and Raymond Neubauer.

Angel was born on January 5, 1994 in Pittsburg, CA to Bernice and Angel Sr. He graduated from California Sate University East Bay in 2017 with a Bachelors of Science in Health Care Administration. He married Brie, his high school sweetheart in 2020. Angel was hired by the Alameda County Sheriffs Office as trainee in 2018 and graduated from the Academy with Class 163. Angel was committed to a life of service and selflessness as a sworn Deputy. Brie and Angel welcomed their daughter Kinsley in 2022 and their daughter Harlow in 2024. Angel was a loving and dedicated husband and father. Angel was also a fierce and loyal friend who was loved and considered a brother by those closest to him. His infectious personality lit up every room he stepped into and his contagious laugh could be heard for miles. Angel most enjoyed his time swimming in the backyard with his family, golfing with his buddies, and rooting on his 49ers.

A funeral is scheduled for Friday, January 3rd, 2025 at 11:30 AM at Liberty high school in the gymnasium. Doors will open at 11 AM. Father Ron will officiate the ceremony.
