Todd was born on June 30, 1959 to William Gary Smith and Gwendolyn (Gattis) Smith in Birmingham, Alabama. Growing up in Winchester, Tennessee and attended Franklin County High School. After high school Todd joined the United States Navy and traveled to many ports around the world. His knowledge of working mechanics was intuitive and inspirational, fixing broken equipment is where he excelled.
Todd was blessed with two beautiful daughters, Jessica and Magan. He loved them dearly and spoke of them often, wanting the very best for them.
Todd was married to Lorenda (Villaluz Madlangbayan) Smith, January 1, 2011 in Bremerton, Washington, making him a stepfather to Ralph Lawrence Madlangbayan, and Ryan Jay Ciria.
Todd’s interest varied from riding motorcycles with his brothers to 3D printing. He also really enjoyed Lorenda’s cooking as one of his favorite pastimes.
Todd is predeceased by Grandparents Ernest and Oshie Smith of Cowan, Tennessee; Bill and Maye Gattis of Winchester, Tennessee;
Parents William Gary Smith and Gwendolyn (Gattis) Smith;
Older brother Tracy Smith of Houston, Texas; and Little sister Torrie Lynn Smith of Winchester, Tennessee.
Todd is survived by his wife Lorenda (Villaluz Madlangbayan) Smith;
Daughters Jessica Dixon and Magan Bankus of Bremerton, Washington;
Grandson Trent Bankus of Bremerton, Washington.
Granddaughter Madalyn Bankus of Bremerton, Washington.
Stepsons Ralph Lawrence Madlangbayan , of Bremerton, Washington. Ryan Jay Ciria; of Smyrna, Delaware.
