Announcing with deep sadness the passing of our dear William Harold Smith (Billy). Special loving friend and soulmate to Ann Shirl Pearl Williams for 38 years (24 May, 1986 - July 24, 2024)
He will be missed by step daughter Tania Henry and Grandson Weiland Henry. He had a special spot in his big heart for Weiland and had him on his thoughts each day. William is predeceased by his parents Peter R. Smith and Elizabeth M. Smith (Groat)
William is survived by his twin brother Robert Peter Smith, Buffalo N.Y. along with aunt Shirley and cousins in New York State. And we can't forget to mention Deertoes. Who would be his assistant near his chair to hold it still, helping him get up. He wasn't just a dog.
Buffalo Bills! #1 FAN Win or Lose. William loved jazz music and was an IronWorker local 6 West Seneca NY. His favorite tune for us was "I Got You Babe" by Sonny & Cher. A sing along if you will, smiling.
