Sandra worked as the 911 Communications Supervisor at the Plant City Police Department. She was instrumental in ushering in many innovations and technology enhancements that will benefit the Plant City Police Department, Fire Department, and citizens for many years to come. She was a strong presence in the communications realm and her leadership, attitude, and love for the men and women of PCPD will be deeply missed.
Sandra is survived by her mother, Diane Rankin and her two kitties Stephanie and Misty.
Public visitation on Sunday, June 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., with funeral service at 3:00 p.m., both held at: Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, 2323 W Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511. Burial will follow in Hillsboro Memorial Gardens.
