Roxanne M Hanby

Roxanne was born in Oakland California to Frank T. and Marie E. Wilinski on February 15, 1953. She went to school in Baltimore, MD. and moved to Miami FL. where she met and married Don R. Hanby on June 27, 1975. Roxanne attended Miami Palmetto High School and graduated with honors from Florida International University in 1974, earning a BA degree in accounting and beginning her career with the Internal Revenue Service as an Auditor. In 1975 she moved to Tampa and had a progressive and outstanding career with the IRS for 34 years. She was a field agent, a large and small Business Case Manager, and an Appeals Officer during her career. She retired in 2008.

Roxanne is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Marie Wilinski and her Brother, Bruce F Wilinski.

Roxanne is survived by Her Husband Don R Hanby and their son, Victor T. Hanby and his wife Abigail of Brooksville Fl.

A Celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 pm on January 18, 2025, at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, at 2323 West Brandon Blvd. Brandon Fl. www.hillsboromemorial.com
