BESIDES HER PARENTS, WILLIAM JESSE RENFROE AND BESSIE CROKER RENFROE SHE WAS PREDECEASED BY HER HUSBAND OF 51+ YEARS, PIERCE JONES HARVEY (P.J.) AND A SISTER LILLIE ALLEN. MARY IS SURVIVED BY HER SISTER SANDRA MILAM AND HUSBAND PHIL, SONS JON BULLARD AND HIS WIFE CAROLYN, TIM BULLARD AND HIS WIFE SHARON, DAUGHTER JOY ZALKIN AND HER HUSBAND MAX M. ZALKIN, STEP -SONS KEITH HARVEY AND HIS WIFE ROSA AND BRYAN HARVEY AND HIS WIFE DEBORAH. STEP DAUGHER LAURA RAMSEY AND HER HUSBAND MERLE, SEVEN GRANDSONS JAMEY HALE (ALICIA), JON HALE, DARIN BULLARD, DAVID BULLARD AND HIS SPECIAL FRIEND NOEL, DONALD BULLARD (KRISTA) TIMOTHY HARVEY AND ALEX HARVEY. TWO GRANDDAUGHTERS ANNA GUZMAN, VICTORIA RIVERA (ANGEL), FOURTEEN GREAT GRANDCHILDREN, HANNAH, MATTHEW AND MICHAEL HALE, DYLAN AND RAELYN BULLARD, LOGAN AND KENNEDY BULLARD, SABRINA HARVEY, ELLIOT, EMILIO AND GABRIELA GUZMAN, CARMEN AND ROMAN RIVERA AND BRITTANY BALDYGA. GREAT-GREAT GRANDCHILDREN, WESLEY AND RORY KASPROWICZ , JAMIR JONES, NIECES, NEPHEWS OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS.
MARY WAS BORN ON SEPTEMBER 12, 1928 IN RICO, GEORGIA. SHE GRADUATED FROM RUSSELL HIGH SCHOOL IN ATLANTA, GEORGIA IN 1945. AFTER MARRYING P. J.. SHE PURSUED HER EDUCATION AS AN ACCOUNTANT AND WORKED ALONSIDE HER HUSBAND IN THE HARVEY AND HARVEY CPA FIRM AND LATER WITH THE FIRM OF WHEELER, HERMAN, HARVEY AND LAGOR.
MARY WAS A MEMBER OF ST. ANDREWS UNITED METHODIST CHURCH IN BRANDON. FOR MANY YEARS SHE WAS THE LITURGIST AT HOPE CUMBERLAND PREBYTERIAN CHURCH IN VALRICO WHERE SHE WROTE HER OWN INVOCATIONS WHICH WERE PRAISED BY ALL. SHE WAS ALSO THE GREETER, AND WAS TOLD MANY TIMES THAT SHE WAS THE REASON VISITORS TO THE CHURCH RETURNED.
MARY’S “GOING HOME SERVICE” WILL BE HELD AT ST. ANDREWS UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 3315 BRYAN ROAD, BRANDON, FLORIDA 33511 ON TUESDAY, MAY 30 AT 11:00 AM. THE FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS ONE HOUR PRIOR TO THE SERVICE. INTERMENT WILL BE FOR FAMILY ONLY AT MYRTLE HILL CEMETARY. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS THE FAMILY REQUEST THAT DONATIONS BE MADE TO ST. ANDREWS UNITED METHODIST CHURCH.
JAMES AND JON HALE, DARIN AND DAVID BULLARD AND DONALD BULLARD WILL SERVE AS PALLBEARERS.MARY WAS A WONDERFUL WIFE, MOTHER, GRANDMOTHER AND GREAT GRANDMOTHER AND WILL BE TRULY MISSED BY ALL.
