On Tuesday, October 11, 2022, Lindsay Elizabeth Wallace passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, after a 16-month battle with colorectal cancer at age 40.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in education from University of South Florida, followed by a Master’s in Education Curriculum and Instruction from Pennsylvania State University. Lindsay has spent the last 15 years as an educator for Valrico Elementary.
Lindsay is survived by her loving husband, Patrick Wallace; beloved sons, Tiernen Wade Eutsey, Tristan Wade Eutsey; devoted parents, father, Dale McGuire; mother, Barbara (Blandford) McGuire, adoring sisters, Jamie Lynn (Jeremiah) Brown, Kristy Nicole McGuire;devoted grandparents, Thomas and Patricia Blandford;nieces, Olivia Lawton, Rowan Brown, Julianna Fraga Jocelyn Fraga, Kayla Bolduc, Kylie Bolduc; nephews, Mason Brown, Jackson Fraga, Jason Bolduc; aunts and uncles, Thomas (Patricia) Blandford, Nancy (Eugene) Kulaga, Patricia (Joseph) DiDomenico, Tracy (Samuel) Bailey, Janet Reagan, Jackie McGuire; mother-in-law, Rita Wallace; sisters-in-law, Annemarie (Jackson) Fraga, Kristen (Jason) Bolduc; many cousins, extended family members, as well as many good friends.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Jack (Surviving spouse, Elaine McGuire) and Mary Audrey McGuire and her father-in-law, James Wallace.
A gathering of family & friends for Lindsay will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life at 3:00 p.m. at Stowers Funeral Home, 401 West Brandon Blvd, Brandon, Florida 33511.
