Margaret Anne Clarke-Nelson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Peggy (Margaret Anne Clarke-Nelson) on August 3rd, 2024. Peggy was born on July 16, 1948, in Sackville, New Brunswick. She is a beloved Daughter (to the late Walter Chappell & Marilyn Soper); Mother to David & Debbie Clarke; Nana to Elizabeth Gabrjolek (Jesse) & Michael Gabrjolek (Sarah); Great Nana to Emma Gabrjolek; Sister to Paul, Patsy & the late Peter Chappell; & Wife to pre-deceased Gord Nelson. Peggy's life was a testament to kindness, generosity, and an unyielding work ethic. Her loss is deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She spent her life dedicated to her family, friends, and community. As a mother, she nurtured her children and grandchildren with boundless love and unwavering support. Her warm and loving nature extended to her great grandchild, Emma. Peggy's home was always a sanctuary filled with laughter, love, and family. In addition to her familial devotion, Peggy was known for her incredible generosity and tireless dedication to helping others. Whether it was donating to local charities, offering a helping hand to neighbours, or simply providing a listening ear, she made a profound impact on many lives. Peggy's legacy is one of love, compassion, and the beautiful memories she created with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered in our hearts.
