Born in Brantford Ontario and raised in New Waterford Nova Scotia by her father Louis Viva and her mother Utah Viva (Mcpherson). She lived most of her life in Toronto and Brampton Ontario where she passed unexpectedly on Sunday October 25 2020 at Brampton Civic Hospital.
Lenny, as she was more commonly known was the oldest of three siblings. Her brothers Augustine “Gussie” Viva (d. 1974) and Anthony “Tony” Viva, a devoted and loving brother to his big sister and his wife Phyllis Viva.
Lenore unconditionally loved her two children Allena Clements and David Viva and her daughter in law, Sabrina Dinelli Viva.
She was a proud grandmother (aka Nina or GaGa) to Nicola, Sol and Florencia and great-grandmother to Hailey.
Lenore is now re-united with the love of her life, her husband Edward Busby (d. 2000).
Lenny was fun, sassy, fiery, loving, kind, without prejudice but not without judgement. Some may call her generous to a fault. That is only half correct. To Lenny, generosity was not a fault. It was her strength and purpose. She gave it all away. Her money, time, heart and soul. She loved deeply and was loved deeply.
Lenore Elizabeth Viva Busby is now at peace.
Her final request was that we all find our peace.
