Born in Englewood, NJ on September 21, 1944, Ron had just celebrated his 80th birthday. He was in the first graduating class of Cardinal Mooney High School in 1962. Prior to serving his country in the Air Force where he received Associate’s Degree, Ron attended the University of Florida.
Ron was a residential home contractor but was best known for his expertise in ‘all things computer’. He was one of Sarasota Vocational Technical School’s first Computer Software Instructors. Ron spent many years as IT Director and a Realtor for RE/MAX Alliance Group Sarasota / Alliance Group LTD. His clients knew him as “Sarasota Ron”.
He leaves his loving wife of 30 years, Liz Baskerville Beahm, sister Leslie Hinsz Marron of Sarasota, son Ryan Beahm of Cartersville, GA, daughter Andrea Beahm Schmitt of Highlands, NC and six grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents Edward E. Beahm and Marguerite J. (Costello) Beahm.
Services are private and Robert Toale & Sons are handling arrangements.
