Grace Ann (Perkins) Robohm passed away peacefully on Friday October 6th 2023, surrounded by her family. Grace was the daughter of the late Katherine (Smith) Perkins and John M. Perkins. She was the sister of John Perkins, Jr. and his wife Celeste of Cape Cod. She was the loving Aunt to John Perkins and his wife Janice of San Diego, California, Amy Pavao and her husband Dan of Lakeville, MA and Katherine Dow and her husband Timothy from Marion, MA. She is also survived by several other grand nieces and grand nephews who she adored.
She was a proud member of the Mayflower Historical Society. This is a general society of actual Mayflower descendants. She loved telling the story of her Family lineage. For many years, Grace volunteered and worked at the Heritage Plantation in Sandwich, which she loved. Again, she was able to share her knowledge in history as a curator. In addition to being affiliated with Heritage Plantation, she also volunteered and worked at the Hoxie House of Sandwich. The Hoxie House was "one of the oldest homes", if not the oldest home on Cape Cod.
She was an amazing cook and loved to prepare and try new meals for her friends and family. Grace will be greatly missed but her warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit will be remembered forever.
In lieu of flowers, please consider sending a donation to the McCarthy Care Center of Sandwich. Burial at Oak Grove Cemetery in Plymouth at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 16, 2023. A Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.nickersonbourne.com for the Robohm family.
