Dennis Norton

Hampden- Dennis E. Norton, 53, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 1, 2022. He was a son of Evelyn (Hall) Norton and her fiancée Bob McBournie of Bourne and Ken E. Norton and his wife Anita of Yarmouth. Dennis graduated from Upper Cape Regional Technical High School in Bourne. After obtaining his plumbing license, he worked as civil service plumbing for the USCG and Superior Plumbing Company Inc. When he was not working you could find him camping, boating, tubing with his kids, fishing, kayaking, golfing, and spending time with his family. He also enjoyed watching the Patriots and attending games yearly with his best friends. He leaves his wife Jill (Amaral-Campbell) Norton of Hampden, his beloved children, Justine Norton and Jeff of Falmouth, Devin Norton and his wife Stephanie of Bourne, and Cody Campbell and Victoria of Fall River, and his grandsons Cooper and Collin. Dennis will also be missed by his brother Ronald Norton and his wife Tammy, his sister Janice Norton, nephews, Jordan, Jonathan, Jae, Christopher, his yellow lab Cotton, and “his girls” the chickens which he loved caring for as well as watching the deer at his “country” home in western mass. He will be remembered by his several dear friends and many coworkers he met over the years. Family and Friends will receive guests on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2022 from 1-3pm at NICKERSON-BOURNE FUNERAL HOME 40 MACARTHUR BLVD, BOURNE, MA 02532.
