Julie Deanne Ray of Westminster, Colorado passed away May 21, 2021 in Lakewood, Colorado. Julie was born December 21, 1961 in San Diego, California to Karen (Cito) and Kenneth Leo Ray. She worked for many years with Hyland Hills, eventually she became a dedicated, hard worker as a baggage handler for Continental Airlines, CSA for Reno Air, continuing in customer service for various other companies throughout her career. Julie enjoyed working with children as a swimming instructor as well as in the classroom as a teacher’s aide. She kept busy helping others, however her true love was being with her family. Julie is survived by her mother, Karen Ray; brother Patrick (Angela) Ray; niece Alyssa Ray and nephew Kyle Ray. She is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Ray. Julie will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held June 2, 2021, 10:30am at St. Mark Catholic Church, 3141 W 96th Avenue, Westminster, Colorado. Committal Service at a later date at Mountain View Memorial Park, Boulder, Colorado.
