Barbara "Barb" J. Headley, 69, of Boulder, Colorado passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2015, following prolonged and complex medical conditions. In recent years, she preferred to be known as B.J. B.J. was exceptionally accomplished. As a physical therapist, she created unique clinical approaches to treat people with chronic pain. She was a talented author, poet, knitter, sewer, photographer and journalist. She loved animals and was an outstanding fur parent, most recently to her beloved Dani. She considered her many friends as her closest community. Her wish was to be remembered at the time when she had fewer medical issues.
B.J. was preceded in death by her father, Wayne Headley, and mother, Alice Munro Headley. She is survived by her brother Douglas (Roxann) Headley; niece Jennifer Anderson and children Parker and Kellyn; and niece Ambryn Dahlstrom (Matthew) and children, Nathan and Ryan.
