Jeanmarie Blevins, age 64, passed away peacefully with her children at her side on January 5th, 2023 from an unexpected and short health battle. She was born in Seattle, WA on May 11th, 1958 to George and Frances Fries of Bothell, WA. Jeanne grew up in a beautiful farmhouse on over 12 acres overlooking the North Creek Valley that her family had homesteaded in the early 1900’s and passed down to the next 3 generations. She graduated from Bothell High School class of 1976 and was crowned Lake City Seafair princess in 1977.
Her son Jon was born June 1981, followed by her daughter Michelle in 1984. In 1986 Jeanne moved her family to Woodinville, WA where her children were raised. She eventually found her way back to her beloved hometown of Bothell in 2012, where she was very involved with the Bothell High alumni association, as well as the city of Bothell. Her hobbies included weekend road trips to the mountains along the Cascade Loop in her white Jeep Grand Cherokee, gardening in her back yard, photography, her cat Greyson and spending time with her 5 grandchildren. All of which she loved to share pictures of on her social media.
She was preceded in death by her parents George and Frances Fries, brother Phillip Fries (2018), and is survived by her brothers Martin Fries (Jean) of Bothell WA and George Fries of Bremen IN, her son Jon Blevins of Bothell, daughter Michelle Kinssies (Johnny) of Snohomish and her 5 beautiful grandchildren: Connor, Lola, Parker, Violet and Vivienne.
