Ada Zhang, 55, passed away on November 27 at her residence surrounded by her loved ones. She is survived by her daughter, Angela Cao; her loving husband Yu Cao; her nephew Wei Xuan; her parents Man Fu and Hui Ying; her brother-in-law Peter and his wife Samantha; her niece Joni; and numerous relatives and friends in China, Canada, and the US.
Ada was born in China in 1965, before moving to Boston in 1989. A devoted mother, a loving wife, and a beloved aunt, Ada loved her family unconditionally. She also loved to travel and truly enjoyed a variety of delicious food. Singing and dancing were always in her heart, with her infectious joy and laughter making her the life of every party and gathering. Most of all, she loved to share her experiences with her family and friends. Her desire to care for everyone earned her the love from many.
She will always be in our memories and our hearts. Now that she is in heaven, she will no longer be in pain or have any more troubles. She will spend her time resting in peace as she continues to watch over us. She will be forever missed.
Ada’s life and memory will be celebrated by family and friends at Waterman-Langone at Boston Harborside, 580 Commercial Street, Boston. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to join the family during visiting hours on Thursday December 5 from 6pm to 9pm. Family also will receive relatives and friends on Friday December 6 at 9 AM prior the Funeral Service at 10:15 AM at the funeral home. Procession to Newton Cemetery will follow.
