Christopher Tillman Moore

A visitation will be held on Friday, December 23 from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Truth Tabernacle, 1232 Bingham in Boonville, immediately followed by a celebration of life with Brother Charles Cook officiating.

Chris was born in Fayette, Missouri on August 24, 1985 to Robert and Sheila (Brown) Moore. He was a talented musician, an amazing cook, a fearless storm chaser and a proud volunteer firefighter. He was employed at Alarm Communications Center in Columbia for the past decade and truly enjoyed his work. His favorite role, however, was that of husband and father. He met Courtney Nickerson at church and they were married December 29, 2016 in their own living room in front of the Christmas tree.

Chris’ kids – Hunter, Bryson, Lily and Paisley – were his world. Lily and Paisley loved being with their Daddy and putting makeup all over his face. Chris always looked forward to fishing with Hunter and playing video games or nerf guns with Bryson. His fun-loving spirit will live on through them.

In addition to his wife, Courtney Moore, and children, Chris is survived by his father, Robert Moore; his sisters, Kim (Shawn) Huddleston and Kelly Moore; nieces Olivia and Ava and nephew Silas; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Chris was preceded in death by his mother, Sheila Moore.
