Maria Refugio Rascon, who was at the age of 89 when she passed away in the city of Chula Vista, California on Monday, December 16, 2024. Maria was born in Mexico on September 14, 1935, to Diego Caloca and Maria Caloca, of Mexico. Maria is predeceased by her husband and one of her children and she is survived by her three children, seven grandchildren, one great grandchild and one great grandchild on the way.
A visitation for Maria will be held Thursday, December 26, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the Chapel of Roses located in the center of Glen Abbey Memorial Park, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902. A funeral service will occur Friday, December 27, 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, in the Chapel of Roses. A committal service will occur Friday, December 27, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Holy Cross Cemetery & Mausoleum, 4470 Hilltop Dr, San Diego, CA 92102.
