In 1985, they eventually moved to the United States with their entire family and San Diego became their permanent home since 1993.
His interests included fishing, hammer throwing competition until his middle eighties, listening and singing opera songs. He was a responsible, hardworking and caring father who put his family first. He was the consummate role model by being a man of integrity all his life.
Mr. Song is survived by his wife, Aery Song; his daughter, 2 sons and their spouses, Jacob and Junhy Kim, Ken and Sandy Song, Carl and Nadia Song; and 7 grandchildren. Kyo spent his recent few weeks in the company of all of his 3 children.
