Everyone’s life is the sum total of all of the people they have met, the things they have done, the places they have gone. Angelita Rosario Enerva was a loved one, a friend, and someone special. To family and friends who knew her best, Angelita will be remembered as a very exceptional person.
Angelita was born on October 4, 1935 to Isidro S. Rosario and Angela Dator in Baglio General Hospital, Alaminos, Pangasinan, Philippines. Angelita’s siblings were Myrna and Hernando.
A typical teenager, making that critical transition from adolescence to adulthood, Angelita attended Alaminos National High School and graduated from Centro Escolar University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social work in 1957.
Angelita exchanged wedding vows with Modesto M. Enerva on March 23, 1959, at Quiapo Catholic Church, Quiapo, Manila. Empathic and loyal Angelita was committed to making her new family happy.
While everything a person does in life contributes to who they grow into, it is ultimately the same person who holds the most influence on the next generation. Angelita was blessed with five children Jesus Dennis, Emma, Angelica Marie, Jonathan and Annalyn. Anita did her best to fulfill her children’s needs, raising them in a positive and nurturing environment.
How a person performs in the workplace can be a reflection on how they live their life. Fortunately Anita enjoyed what she did for a living. Anita worked for “Bulletin Today” for 14 years as a Secretary. Showing a strong work ethics, she worked diligently and did her best to succeed. She earned a “Letter of Appreciation” by the United States Navy in 1997.
Anita enjoyed her leisure time in joining beauty Pageants, stamp collecting, picture taking, dancing, going to yard sales, watching movies and soap operas, grocery and shopping, going to dance halls and reading books, novels and lastly going to the beauty salon. Her accomplishments was retiring as a Secretary with a “Loyalty Award”.
Angelilta passed away on August 10, 2016, in National City, California. She is survived by her sister Myrna R. Legaspi, her sons Jesus Dennis R. and Jonathan R. Enerva, daughters Emma R., Enerva, Angelica E. Irion, Annalyn E. Lacuesta, her granddaughter KC Enerva, grandson Kurt Abram Everva, granddaughter Kaela Denise Enerva, grandson Jeremy Irion, granddaughter Aizell Lacuesta and great-grandson Jop Jop Enerva. Angelita leaves many other family members and friends to cherish her memory.
Services for Anita Rosario Enerva are being handled by Glen Abbey Mortuary. A visitation service is being will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016 with a Funeral Service on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Abbey’s Little Chapel of Roses, Bonita, California. Angelita will be laid to rest at Gethsemane Memorial Park, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, Philippines.
Simply stated, Angelita was a good and kind person, an individual who will for all time be remembered by her family and friends as being a caring and giving person, someone who was a vital part of their lives. Angelita leaves behind the legacy of a loving family, life-long friendships and many cherished memories.
