DEATH
What Is death?
Is it deep sleep
That Creeps
Unaware to claim
A frail body that remains?
Or a soothing kiss
To speed the soul
Into a land of eternal bliss?
Ah! Welcome sleep,
Welcome Kiss,
For to live is to miss
One day more
With the Lord.
