Ethel Mintz Singles

Mrs. Singles was born in New Hanover County on April 16, 1938 and was daughter of the late Harold and Mildred Lee Gray Thomas. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Amber Gore, and brothers, Eugene, Jimmy, and Harold, Jr. She was a member of Trinity Tabernacle and retired from Hardee’s.

She is survived by her husband, Jack Singles; daughters, Debra McKeithan and husband, Richard of Boiling Spring Lakes, and Susan Gore of Bolivia; grandchildren, Kevin McKeithan (Nikki), Adam McKeithan (Veronica), Ashley Gore (James); great-grandchildren, Katelyn (Steven), Kirsten, Caroline, Hunter, Lexi, CJ, Stassi, and Haleigh; great-great-grandchild, Blade; step children, Traci Hayes (Bruce) of Clayton and Sandy Singles of Clayton.

The family would like to give a special thanks for CNA Lectoria Smith and staff of Southport Health and Rehabilitation Center for the care given to Mrs. Singles while residing there.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at White Funeral and Cremation Service, Bolivia Chapel, with Rev. Anthony Clemmons officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
