Vic Micati (84) died peacefully in his sleep on December 8. He is survived by his adoring wife and partner of 30 years, Elise, and his two amazing daughters, Kathryn and Heather (mother Jane Corcoran).
Vic excelled at a fulfilling career in heath care spanning more than 50 years. After 34 years at Pfizer he retired as Executive Vice President of Pfizer, Inc and President of Pfizer Europe. He went on to serve on numerous Boards and in leadership positions in bio tech, wound care and Alzheimer’s research.
Vic truly enjoyed his work and the wonderful friends and colleagues at Pfizer. He loved mentoring, fostering teamwork and encouraging creativity . Upon retirement he started a new life in Cordillera, Colorado, making great friends and memories there. His last chapter was in Boca Raton where he enjoyed new friends and neighbors, the sunshine and watching the boats go by. In his last year he took up painting and proved to be a novice yet talented artist.
