Robert Meadows

Robert Lee Meadows 71 of Bloomington passed away on March 21, 2011 at his home with his loving family by his side. He was born on November 28, 1939 in Bloomington to the late Clifford W. Meadows and Mildred Rose (Clemen) Hudoff. Robert was a US Navy Veteran. He was a mechanic, and he was a truck driver for U.S. Foods where he retired from in 2008. He leaves behind his wife Betty Jean (Amick), his daughter Paulette Meadows and David McClary, his sons Jeffrey and his wife Sandra Meadows, an Thomas Meadows his sister Connie myers, and brother Ron Hudoff. He also leaves behind grandchildren Dustin, Bobby (Tansy), Stacie (Stephen), Daniel, and Kim. He also leaves behind his great grandchildren Malachi, Makayla, Makinsey, David Jr., Emma, Nich, Stephen II, Hayden, and Hope. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, his step father Frank Hudoff, sister Janet Barrow, sister Philes Chuke, brother Jeffrey Hudoff, and brother Johnny Meadows. Friends may call at the Day Funeral Home today from 4 – 8 PM. Services will be held on Thursday at 1:00 PM also at the funeral home with Rev. Don Griffin officiating.
