Asher Kai Jones

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Asher Kai Jones, born on May 20, 2024 in Indianapolis, IN. Asher was a true fighter who showed immense courage and strength as he battled Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS). Though his time with us was tragically short, his impact on our hearts was immeasurable. Asher's brief life was a testament to the power of love and resilience. We will always remember his beautiful spirit and the joy he brought into our lives. Asher will forever remain in our hearts. He was very loved by all who worked with him at Riley. Asher lives through his loving mother, Mi'Amour Jones, his older brother, Elliot Jones, and his twin brother, Rylend Jones. Asher spent his final moments surrounded by family and friends on September 16, 2024 at Riley Hospital. We would also like to thank Riley staff for taking care of Asher during his stay. A a celebration of life memorial service for Asher will be held Friday, September 27, 2024 at 4:00 PM at Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home, 4150 E. Third St., Bloomington, Indiana 47401.
