Jolana Ann Rozanski, 82, of Normal passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024. Jolana “Jo” was born on July 3, 1941, in Highland, IL, to Lester and Evelyn (Strain) Reynolds, both deceased. She had a sister, Janis (Dan) Pennell, Roscoe, IL, she survives.
Jo graduated from Greenville High School, Greenville, IL. She attended Illinois State University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in English.
She married Eugene Raymond Rozanski at the Ethical Society in St. Louis, MO on August 3, 1968. They had a son, Stephen (Toni) Rozanski, Eagle, CO and a daughter, Susan Jones, Normal, IL and a granddaughter, Zoe Jones, Normal, IL. Her loving husband of 55 years, children, and granddaughter survive.
Jo was a wonderful loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend. Her family and friends will miss her greatly. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Unitarian Universalist Church of Bloomington-Normal, where Jo was a long-time member.
