Chavez of 40 years from Rialto, California; his two sons Mike Y. Chavez from Chicago, Illinois and Angel V. Chavez from Rialto, California; His two daughters, Vanessa M. Chavez from Mentone, California and Lisa A. Chavez from Rialto, California.
He is also survived by his siblings, David Chavez(Christine), Joseph Chavez, Arthur Chavez, Gilbert Chavez, Carmen Chavez and Virginia Chavez; grandchildren, Alyssa Chavez, Savannah Felix, Shyanne Felix, Selene Dominguez and Seleste Dominguez; his only grandson, Jonathan (the prince) Dominguez.
