Martin Alexander Bennett

Martin Alexander Bennett, 59, of Belleville, passed away at his home on Sunday, December 15, 2019. He was born in Orange to the late, Marjorie Thomas and George Bennett. He was raised in Newark, attending high school before entering the Army and then pursuing a career as a master printer. In 1997, he moved to Belleville.

Martin worked as a paper cutter for 4Over Super Trade Printers in Moonachie.

He is survived by his son, Victor Bennett and his wife, Nicole; his siblings, Ira, Jerome and Winfred Thomas and his only sister Vaundline H. Graham; grandsons, Luca and Gianni. He is also survived by his former wife, Caterina Bennett. Martin was predeceased by his beloved brothers Victor, Stewart and Bart Thomas.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 21st from 3-7 pm. at the Zarro Funeral Home, (www.zarrofuneralhome.net)145 Harrison Street, Bloomfield, NJ 07003. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family in his honor.
