Martha Jean Todd

Martha Jean Todd, age 92, of Trussville, Alabama passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, September 27, 2024. She is survived by her daughters, Reida Todd Cox, Cathy Todd Watson, and Randi Todd Campbell (Robert); son, Tony C.R. Todd; sister, Barbarann Farney (Bobby). She had lots of grandchildren, Tracey Harrell (Bert), Jonathan Cox (Jessica), Tripp Watson (Kristen), Bess Booth (Trey), C.J. White (Cody), Kayla O'Sullivan (Anthoney), Emily Hall (David), and Haley Griffin (Zach); and even more great-grandchildren, Emma Wilkins; Baylor, Brewer, and Barton Cox; Robert, Thomas, and Virginia Watson; Oliver and Ellis Booth; Robbie and Paddy O'Sullivan; Paisley Wood and Oakleigh Griffin. And there were many nieces and nephews that she loved. She was a long-time member of First Baptist Church of Trussville. Martha Jean was a devoted wife, and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed. Her family will celebrate her life on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at Ridout's Trussville Chapel. A visitation will be at 1:00 p.m. with her service beginning at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Sulphur Springs Cemetery.
