Marjorie Lou Dudley, age 96 passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 28, 2024. She was a member of Huffman United Methodist Church and the East Jefferson Quilters Guild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William S. McGaughy and Idene Granger Charles; her husband, Richard R. Dudley Sr.; her brother William McGaughy; and her sister Novella Charles May.
Marjorie is survived by her children, Kathy Brimer, Richard R. Dudley (Kimberly) and Robert R. Dudley (Barbara); her grandchildren, David "Chris" (Kristen) and Jonathan Brimer, Angela Underwood (Mike), Patrick Dudley, Samantha Sims (Hunter), Blake and William "Billy" Dudley, and Savana Callon (Grey); her sister Mollie Charles Pawlik (Walt); great-grandchildren, Levi Sims and Callie Brimer; and many nieces and nephews
A graveside service for Marjorie will be held Friday, October 4, 2024 at 11:45 AM at Alabama National Cemetery, 3133 Highway 119, Montevallo, AL 35115.
