Karl R. Wise, 80, went home to be with the Lord on March 10, 2021. He was born on May 11, 1940 to Karl W. Wise and Sarah Jane Beckham Wise. He is survived by his wife, Anna Carruba Wise; children, Roger Robinson (Bridget), Glen Wise, and Karla Buler; grandchildren, Blake Robinson (Kathryn), Riley Robinson, Ana Catherine Robinson, Michael Ringo, Amber Sandejas, Justin Dana, and Brandon Dana; great-grandson, Christopher Craig; sister in-law, Mary Ann LaMay; brother in-law, Louis Carruba (Lisa); and several nieces and nephews.
Karl worked at Piggly Wiggly until he retired. He was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Patrick Church. Karl also loved to fish and would go as much as he could.
The visitation time is set at St. Patrick Church on Monday, March 15, 2021 at 11 AM. A Funeral Mass will follow at 12 PM, with committal at Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
