Richard D. Bullock, 78 of Crystal River, Florida died on Tuesday, November 21, 2017. He was born in Spearman, Texas on Friday, October 27, 1939 to James and Dorothy (Noel) Bullock. Memorial Gathering, Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Fero Funeral Home. Inurnment with Military Honors will follow at 12 Noon at Fero Memorial Gardens. After the cemetery service, family and friends are invited back to the funeral home for refreshments and Richard's Celebration of Life.
