Maxine Becker passed away Tuesday the 2nd of February, at the age of 83 in her apartment at Lionwood Senior Living. Born May 24, 1932 in Henrietta, Oklahoma as Maxine Brown, to parents Thomas and Emma Brown, she was the youngest of six children. She graduated from Henrietta High and had six children with her first husband William Borror, now deceased. She is survived by her husband John Becker and four of six children: Joanne Young, Donna Snyder, David Borror, and Michael Borror. She was preceded in death by her sons James Allen and Robert Thomas, and leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A loving and patient woman, Maxine was an avid reader, game player, and gardener. She was a member of Disabled Veteran’s Association Auxiliary and National Association of Triads. She worked hard to provide for her family, for whom she was always ready to dedicate her time. Alongside her husband John, Maxine traveled the world and was a lifelong member of Good Sam RV Club. At home she enjoyed creating toys and decorations with him for their family and regularly met with friends to play parlor games.
