Judith Lee Hougham, 78, passed away on June 5, 2024, in Raymore Missouri. Judy was an avid seamstress, quilter, and craftswoman. She loved to crochet, knit, and create many different kinds of projects over the years. She enjoyed traveling with her best friend, Connie Z, as well as spending time with her grandson, Chris. Judy was a strong military wife throughout the 21 years of service, which her husband gave to the U.S. Army.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence Martin Longerbone and mother, Effie (Pat) Valentine Sedgwick Longerbone, her husband Paul, and three of her four sisters, Patricia, Donna, and Loraine.
She is survived by her son, Ron (Gwen) of Berryville VA, her daughter Jerri of Belton MO, her sister Jan of Belton MO, her grandson, Chris (Brooke), great granddaughter Eloise, great grandson Ronan, all of Austin TX, and great granddog Murphy, who’s ears Judy loved to scratch.
The family will be laying her to rest next to her husband of 37 years, Paul Hougham.
