She was predeceased by, husband Michael W., brother Bob, three children and a granddaughter.
She is survived by nephew and niece, Tom and Deb; daughter-in-law Cheryl; grandchildren Fred, Kristin and Michael; and five great grandchildren, Drake, Chyanne, Cody, Daphne and Jimmy.
Judy graduated from Franklin HS in Seattle, and has worked on the Reunion Committee for her class for many years with her lifetime class friends. After High School, Judy attended Washington State University and graduated from the University of Washington in 1960, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy. She passed her Pharmacy Boards and was licensed in Washington state in 1960.
Judy began her career as a Pharmacy tech before her UW graduation at Sidran’s in south Seattle, and eventually retired as a Bartell Pharmacist.
After retirement, she maintained her state license to pursue other related paths as Pharmacy Support for the Camelot Society non-profit to empower people with disabilities and those that support them, to live extraordinary lives. Judy also volunteered as a pharmacist with a medical group in Nigeria.
Skiing was Judy’s sport of choice and she skied for years around the country. She and her husband went to many of the western ski locations over the years. Travel was a favorite of hers also. She spent time in Europe, Hawaii, Cuba, Mexico, and lived and worked in New York City with college friends for a time.
In lieu of flowers, Judy wished donations to Camelot Society be made. Information is available and donations may be made through their website camelotsociety.org
