She spent her professional career working in the healthcare industry at VA Hospital and Odessa Brown Clinic, and transitioned to electronics company Korry Manufacturing, now Esterline, where she eventually retired.
Barbara was an avid reader and spent most of her time reading, but she was also an avid sports fan and loved her Sonics, Mariners and Seahawks.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Davenport Morbley; both parents; her brother, Leroy
Bowman Jr.; nephew, Tony Cummings; and niece, April Bowman.
She is survived by her son, Kevin Williams and wife Lisa; sister, Margaret Gratton and husband, James; grandkids; Quierra Wayman and Quinon Williams; niece, Katrina Taplin; great-grandkids, Malachi Wayman,
Londyn Williams, Michaal and Matthew Wayman; great-niece, Aaliyah Dorsey; and a host of extended family and friends.
