Sally Duchin

She was born in New York City to the late Frances Stelman Weisbard and Oscar Pomeranz. An avid student, Sally graduated with a PhD in Allied Health Education from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

Sally is survived by her daughter, Susan Jo Duchin, her brother, Stan Pomeranz, her sister-in-law Cassandra Beach and her sister, Sunshine Stone. She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Ralph Charles Duchin and her son, Michael Bruce Duchin.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Tucson at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

Sally was a beloved and adored wife, mother, sister and aunt and will be truly missed.

A graveside service with livestream for Sally will be held Tuesday, February 15, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Emanu El Memorial Park, 8341 Bissonnet, Houston, TX 77074. The link for the livestream can be found in the services section.
