Mary Ann was born on August 15, 1926, in Fayetteville, Texas to John Federick Mikus and Mary Herminia (Urbanovsky). She grew up on the family farm along with her brother, John.
Graduating from the St. Joseph's School of Nursing, she spent her entire career at St. Joseph's Hospital. Even today, she is fondly remembered by those with whom she worked.
Mary Ann is preceded by her husband, Coy E. Dunlap, son Lawrence E., and brother John Mikus.
She is survived by daughters Rebecca and Diane (Carl) Becker, sisters-in-law Helen Mikus and Rose Marie Dunlap as well as a large extended family and many very dear friends.
We, her family, are thankful for the many devoted caregivers who treated her like family when we couldn't be there with her. May God bless you in every way.
