Throughout Greg’s professional career he succeeded at many sales jobs. He won numerous national sales awards. Greg’s sales experience included employment in real estate, insurance, and the senior living industry and he excelled at all. Greg loved his job at Senior Living, especially his sales team, the customers, and the travel across the United States. Greg rose from being a salesman, to a Regional Sales Manager, then a District Sales Manager, and was promoted to be a Vice President National Sales Director.
Growing up from the age of 3 years, Greg played soccer, flag football, T- ball, then on to football and baseball. He played football and basketball in middle school and football and baseball in high school.
Greg liked all sports and enjoyed following his favorite players careers. He especially loved NFL football and always looked forward to watching his favorite teams.
Greg enjoyed going to his family’s small ranch in Junction, Texas. He shot his first deer there and he enjoyed taking all his friends there to hunt. He shared many great times with his Dad and Daddy Bill (his grandfather) also. Greg and his friends loved building a fire outside and sitting around the fire under the stars just talking. Eating at Isaack’s restaurant in town, riding around in the Scout, and visiting with K. Cowsert were other things Greg liked sharing with his friends.
Greg adored his children. He always loved the special times shared with them. This past summer Greg and Shane enjoyed a vacation to the west coast visiting many cities in California, Seattle, Lake Tahoe and Las Vegas. He loved all the special times he spent in Orange Beach, Alabama and Mississippi with Olivia.
Greg had many, many friends who shared great, fun times with him. He was very close to friends he grew up with and also the friends he met through work. Greg always enjoyed playing jokes and pranking his friends. No matter the circumstances you’d always leave with a story of something funny or crazy that he did. Greg was a true friend, but he was never afraid to tell you what he thought or disagree with you.
Our family group texts will never be the same without Greg. We will forever miss the pictures of his delicious 5 star meals and the tours of his gorgeous hotel suites.
Greg will be deeply loved and missed by his family and friends.
