Shirley Patricia Parks passed away at Upper Chesapeake Hospital on September 12, 2021, at the age of 73. She is predeceased by her loving husband Emmerson (Ed) Parks, and her parents, Mary and Earl Ross. She is survived by her cousins Ruth Logue, Tom Logue, Julie Logue-Riordan, Penelope Logue, Susan Logue, and Mary Davidson. She is also survived by her long-time caretaker and friend Nina Townsend.
Shirley lived a very full life and will be missed.
A graveside service for Shirley will be held Saturday, October 2, 2021, from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Bel Air Memorial Gardens, 809 Rock Spring Rd., Bel Air, MD 21014.
