On Wednesday, October 26, 2022 Samuel Veasey Young, Sr. peacefully passed away. He was the beloved husband of Gloria Ann Young (nee DiDomenico); devoted father of Rev. Samuel V. Young, Jr. and Wendy Ann Young; loving grandfather of Kara Rosado, Brendon York and Nicholas York; cherished great-grandfather of Logan Cimney and Julian Rosado; dear brother of Susan Rutkowski, Kay Kahl, Edward Young, Verna Elliott and the late Dolores Carr and Clifford Young.
Family and friends may gather at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (540 Joppa Farm Road Joppa, MD 21085) on Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. where a Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, November 4th at 11:00 a.m. Those desiring may direct expressions of sympathy to the American Kidney Fund (kidneyfund.org)
