Debra Cecelia Mann

On March 19, 2021 Debra Cecelia Mann (nee Jackson) passed away peacefully at home; beloved wife of George N.A. Mann; cherished mother of Roland Vanskiver and his wife Wendy, Sonja Hiob and her husband Nick, Sarah Selle and April Nickle and her husband Robert; loving grandmother of Riley, Ryan, Olivia, Ashleigh, Carson, Lillianna, Gracie, Anja, Luke and Gabriel.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10 am. Interment Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
