On September 3, 2023 Carroll W. Borkman passed away. He was the beloved husband of the late Margaret Ann Borkman (nee Strauss); devoted father of Susan H. Bond and her husband John, Elizabeth A. Krout and her late husband Scott; Mark L. Borkman and his wife Jackie; and the late Carroll S. Borkman; cherished grandfather of Angie Bond and her partner Kris Spealman, Mike Bond, Jennifer Shepard and her husband Jim, Paul Bond, Ryan Bond, Stefanie Krout and her fiance Gray Morgan, Tyler Borkman, and Grace Borkman; loving great-grandfather of Kayla Sturgis, Kylie, Haydn, and Ethan Shepard, Malakai Cokley, and Ella and Jules Morgan; dear brother of the late John Borkman and Elizabeth Durken.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 W. MacPhail Rd. Bel Air, MD 21014 on Friday, September 8, 2023 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM, where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Carroll's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
