37, of Beech Grove, passed away December 3, 2014. Joe was a 1995 graduate of Beech Grove High School. He was an artistic and outgoing person, who was always the life of the party. He will be greatly missed by his children, Kendall, Vincent, Jerimiah and Jazmine Bowles; his parents, Gregory and Carol Bowles; his brother, Nicholas Bowles; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
