Debra Lynn Tripp

Debra Lynn (Bothwell) Tripp, 64, passed away at her home on July 11, 2017. She was born August 16, 1952 to Hugh Bothwell, Sr. and Virginia Bothwell. Virginia precedes her in death along with Debra’s brother, Robert Amick.

Debra graduated from Manual High School in 1970, having attended the University of Indianapolis and working for Peoples Bank and PNC bank in branch management. She was a member of Vineyard Community Church (Greenwood, Indiana) and volunteered in their children’s ministry. She was also a loyal member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 4167 since 1996.

Debra is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Guy C. Tripp, daughters Wendy Baxter (Tony), Virginia Wing (Matthew), Janet Tripp, and Brittnay Raab (Landen). Also surviving are her siblings Charles Amick (Sharon), Hugh Bothwell, Jr. (Susan), Joyce Grider, Thomas Bothwell (Brenda), and 8 grandchildren (Mitchell Baxter, Matthew Perry, Mallory Baxter, Allison Meinczinger, Meguire Baxter, Alexander Meinczinger, Evan Wing, and Sally Tripp). Debra's long-time companions & protectors, her beloved dogs, Sadie & Diva, also survive.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
