Mary Stover, 69 of Beckley passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Bowers Hospice House. She was born in Glen Rogers on July 23, 1953 to the late William and Betty Acord.
She loved spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her brother Bill Acord and half-brother Bob Acord.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters; Kim and Michael Pomeroy of Beckley WV, Rebecca and John Shiflet of Crab Orchard WV, a sister; Sandy and Gerald Sandridge of Elkins WV, a brother; Mike and Cheryl Acord of Jacksonville FL, half-brothers; Wonnie and Joan Acord of Fairdale, Russell Acord of Pax WV, grandchildren; Logan and Nikki Birchfield of Beckley WV, Christian and Angel Legg of Roanoke VA, Danielle Stover and Christian Thomas of Coal City WV, Ian Pomeroy of Beckley WV, and four great grandchildren; Aiden, Keegan, Samuel, and Theodore.
In keeping with her wishes she will be cremated at Blue Ridge Funeral Home and Crematorium.
