Jeff was born on October 21, 1969, in Beckley, WV and attended school at Woodrow Wilson High School then went on to earn a degree and worked as a computer engineer in Charlotte, NC.
Jeff is preceded in death by his Father Harry Douglas Wooten.
He is survived by his loving partner Mickie Bailey of 5 years, Children Mitchell Wooten, Chesney Wooten, and Kaitlin Wooten.
He is lovingly remembered by his mother Brenda Kay Williams and stepfather Dave Williams of Beaver WV, sister Sherry Wooten Bibb of Carolina Beach, NC, his brother Harry Allen Wooten and wife Sheila Wooten of Four Oaks, NC, his sister Sandy Wooten DeHart of Bristol, VA, and nieces and nephews.
Jeffrey enjoyed RC cars and flying kites on the beach which he always said the beach was his happy place.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 4th at Blue Ridge Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens at 2pm.
